Estate Cottage, 1865 on tablet. 2 storeys. Gault brick with dentil eaves;
slated roof with oversailing verge and carved bargeboards. Wrought iron
casements with small oblong panes; ground floor splayed bay windows have
chamfered corner mullions and hipped plaintiled roofs. First floor windows
have segmental heads. Hipped open porch at re-entrant with arched-headed
opening and recessed boarded entrance door.
