Shown on Ordnance Survey map as Lower Vicar's Farm.
Barn. Date 1730 inscribed on tie beam. C20 weatherboard over timber frame on
flint and brick base; gabled corrugated iron roof. 4-bay plan. Double entry;
plank loft door to left. Interior: 4-bay collar-truss roof with curved
under-principals, clasped purlins and jowled and braced posts; staggered split
rafters pegged at ridge.
