Collinwood Cottage and No 903.

Semi-detached cottages. Mid-C17 with cottage added to rear late
C17. Painted flint and brick with timber-framing, thatched roof
half-hipped to right, central brick stack. T-plan. Single-storey
and attic, 2 windows. 4-panelled door to right with thatched
canopy, to left is one 3-light and one 2-light casement. Attic has
one 3-light casement. Right return has exposed timber-frame,
planked door and one 2-light casement to left, attic has one 2-
light casement. Left return has recessed chamfered mullioned
window with hoodmould to attic. Rear 2-storey wing is separate
cottage: one 2-light casement to ground floor and 3-light casement
to first floor; C20 lean-to extension.
Interior of front cottage has deeply chamfered beams with splayed
stops and open fireplace in kitchen with arched lintel. Rear
cottage has chamfered beams with ogee stops. (Unpublished records
