Late C18/early C19. 2 storey detached house facing south. 3 windows plus set
back 3 storey 1 window wing to east (No 12). Red brick with stone plinth, side
pier strips, band at 1st floor level, moulded cornice and parapet. Windows of
No 12 have stone surrounds and 2nd floor cill band (no pier strips). Glazing bar
sash windows with brick flat arches and stone keys, plate glass sashes to 1st floor.
Central round headed doorway with cusped headed trellis porch; 6 panel door: lower
panels flush, central raised and fielded, upper glazed; cast iron knocker. Traceried
fanlight. No 12 has lean-to verandah plus green house with a arcade with decorative
wrought ironwork and antefixae to cornice.
