Detached cottage. Circa 1700. Chequered flint and limestone,
tiled roof, gable end brick stacks. Entrance to rear, 2-storey, 2-
windowed; casements. Glazed door to right of centre, 2-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casement to right and 3-light
mullioned casement to left. First floor has 3-light and 2-light
mullioned casements. Right return has blocked 2-light mullioned
casement and C20 glazed door to right, first floor has 2-light
mullioned casement and single chamfered light to outshut to right,
attic to left has single chamfered light. Left return with brick
lean-to extension. Front facing road is outshut with blocked
doorway, now with 2-light casement and 3-light mullioned casement
to right, eaves of outshut raised C20 and two gabled dormers
inserted.
Interior has open fireplace with chamfered lintel on
stone jambs.
