brick diapering, stone and black brick bands. 4 storeys, modern shop. 1st and
2nd floors have 3 round arched sash windows with stone outer voussoirs and imposts.
3rd floor has 2 tall sash windows under 1 segmentally arched panel.

No 30 and Nos 40 to 42 (consec) form a group.
