Former toll house now dwelling. Mid-late C.19. Ashlar. Hipped slate
roof with moulded brackets to gutter. One storey. Square plan with
projecting 5-sided bay to road, the central face of which has doorway with
fanlight. Each other face has sash window with a further 2 sashes to
right elevation and one to left. All have ogee shaped hood mould.
Recent brick addition to rear.
