Public House. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, quoins. Stone slate roof. Two
storeys. Substantially unaltered inn which has been extended at both ends.
Those extensions are not included in the item. The main central range has
3-light and two 2-light mullioned windows to the ground floor with a lean-to
porch of late C2O date to front. The first floor has two 3-light and one
centrally placed 5-light mullioned window (the heads at eaves level) all
retaining their original thin flat faced mullions, The ridge has a centrally
placed stack.
