3 houses.Circa 1860. English bond brick with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof.
Basement and 3 storeys; 2 bays to each house. Doors and overlights recessed in
flat Tuscan stone doorcases in first bays; basement and ground floor canted bay
windows in second bays. Flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills to sash
windows on upper floors, tripartite stone-mullioned in second bays, those above
bay windows opening onto anthemion-patterned cast iron balconies. Eaves board,
gutter cornice. Ashlar-coped end brick chimneys.
Included mainly for group value.
