N.C.B. Workshops : welding bay
and fabrication block.

Workshops. Dated 1919 for Lambton Colliery Company with alterations. Brick
with stone dressings; Welsh slate roof. L-shaped. One high storey, 2 windows
in north elevation, 4 in right return, 4 in west wing. North elevation has
large round-headed brick arch between 2 square modern casements. Right
return has later square casements under round gauged brick arches with key-
stones. Similar windows to wing, all with stone projecting cills. Dentilled
brick eaves. Large square chimney on wing. Included for group considerations.
