Early-mid C19 villa, 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick. Stuccoed
basement, first floor cill band and frieze below soffit of fairly low-pitched,
hipped slate roof. Moulded architraves to sash windows, some with glazing bars,
that on first floor centre eared; console bracketed cornices on ground floor,
and panels below projecting cills with cast iron guards. Five steps to half-glazed
door in moulded architrave set back in stuccoed entablature surround. Included
for group value.
