Caretaker's cottage. Mid C19. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys,
2 bays. Openings have plain stone surrounds, windows with flat-faced mullions.
Right bay blind. Left bay has door on right of a 2-light window to each floor,
the first floor window with 16-pane sashes. Paired gutter brackets. End stack
to right. Right return: one window to each floor. Left return: on the left a
door with 12-pane sash above. Part of mill complex.
