Entrance lodge. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone. Thatched pyrmidal roof.
C19/C20 brick external stack to rear. One unit octagonal plan. Cottage ornee
style, with pointed arched openings. One storey and attic; one-window range.
Front to drive has plank door. Roof dormer and canted sides have casements of 2
arched lights. Late C20 one-storey additions are not of special architectural
interest. Built as a lodge to Merevale Park.
