House. First half of C18. Red brick in Flemish bond with occasional grey headers. Plain tile roof. Set back from road.

Two storeys and basement on stone plinth with moulded wood eaves cornice. Half-hipped roof. Projecting red brick stack to left end. Regular three window front of glazing-bar sashes in open boxes; central window narrow. Ground floor windows with segmental heads. Central door of six vertical panels, up two steps. Basement window to right with segmental head. Rear lean-to and short rear wing to right. Now linked with No. 30 to left.
