Farmhouse. C17, the range to left with lowered roof. Altered C18. Squared
coursed limestone with quoins and coped gables. Stone-slate and C20-tile roofs
with moulded stone ridge and end stacks. L-shaped plan. 2 storeys plus attic;
2-window range. 3-light mullioned window to left, with C19 three-light casement
to right in C17 mullioned-window opening. 2-light mullioned window to first
floor, with one chamfered light to attic. Mullioned windows have hood moulds and
labels. 4-centred arched doorway with 6-panelled door between ground floor
openings. 2 further 2-light mullioned windows to right facade, with door
inserted in mullioned window opening to centre. 3-light casements with stone
flat arches to first floor. Further 2- and 3-light mullioned windows to rear.
Interior: chamfered spine beams. C17 plank and moulded-muntin doors and plain
plank doors to both floors. Original staircase part-blocked.
