Farmhouse. C17. Squared, coursed ironstone with quoins to left. Old tile roof and brick ridge stack.

Two storeys, three-window range. Three-unit lobby-entry plan. To centre right a C20 plank door. To left, centre and right of ground floor a light mullioned window with flat splay and hood mould with label stops. C20 two-light wood casements above. Further two-light mullioned window to left facade. Mullions to rear renewed.

Interior: two open fireplaces with cambered bressumers, chamfered and with stepped stops. Chamfered spine beams, that extending through centre and left units with ovolo moulding and stepped stops. Stone flagged floor.
