GV II

House. Late C18. Ironstone ashlar with quoins, moulded eaves cornice and coped gables. Tile roof with stone stacks. 3 storeys. 4-window range. 4-unit plan. C20 entrances to rear. To centre a part-blocked doorway, now window opening, with lintel and keyblock. To left and centre left of ground and first floor 20-pane iron casements. 2 eight-pane sashes to third floor. Openings have quoined surrounds, stone sills and lintels with keyblocks. To right and centre right 2-and 3-light iron casements, that to first floor right blocked, with chamfered wood lintels. Above blocked doorway a lead firemark. Interior: range to right of door has chamfered spine beams with ogee stops. Iron grate with festoons in bas relief.
