SO 50 NE NEWLAND CLEARWELL

8/76 Clearwell Castle - 3 pairs of
gateposts on green in front of
main gate.

GV II

3 pairs of gate posts on triangular green in front of main gateway
to castle. Early to mid C18. Stone, tooled on square bases with
moulded coping stone and ball finial on raised chamfered foot,
about 8' high. Included for group value with main gateway,
flanking lodges and wall between (q.v.).
