Identified on map as FERNDALE and NELMSPLECK. Two dwellings and shops. C18.
Rough rendered, concrete tile roof. Painted splayed and stepped plinth. Each
unit two storeys, two-windowed; sashes with glazing bars to Tea Rooms and new
aluminium sash to newsagent, late C19 dormer to Tea Rooms. Six-panel door
with flat hood, C19 shop front. Included primarily for group value.
