17th century with alterations, 2 storeys, 3 windows to Blyburgate, at 1st
floor sash with exposed frames, glazing bars and flat arches. Brick painted.
Steep pantiled roof, hipped at rounded corner. Altered windows at ground
floor. 6-panel door, to Restaurant, with panelled reveals, eared doorcase
with pulvinated frieze and bracket pediment. Plain entrance to Dr Grey's
premises which extend at rear on to Hungate, early 19th century white brick,
2 storeys, 4 windows, near-flush-frame sash now with centre glazing bars only.
Pantile roof. Interior of Restaurant: wide fireplace with beam, somewhat altered.
