Town house. Early C19. Incised stucco on rubble with plain end
pilasters and architraves; granite plinth; dry slate roof
behind parapet with lead rainwater head dated 1979.
Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 four-pane
horned sashes and pilastered doorway with consoles and hood,
6-panel door and overlight on left. INTERIOR: not inspected.
