Farmhouse, now house in row. Late C17, remodelled C18. Granite
rubble walls; steep dry slate roof with original large rubble
end stacks. Single-depth plan with later extension at rear
left. 2 storeys. Approximately symmetrical 3-window front. C20
sashes hornless with glazing bars; wide central doorway with
C20 ledged door; evidence of old alterations to window
position. One of a row of mostly C18/early C19 houses.
INTERIOR: altered slightly during c1980 renovation but
retaining large fireplace on right with chamfered oak lintel.
