Cottage in row. Early C19. Local rubble with granite
dressings; steep dry slate roof with brick stack on left;
cast-iron ogee gutter. 2 storeys; 1-window range. C20
four-pane horned sashes and C20 partly-glazed door on the
right. INTERIOR not inspected. One of a row of C18/early C19
houses. One of a good group unusual for its continuity as a
predominantly C18 row. Included for group value.
