Town house. Late C18 or early C19 remodelling of older house.
Dressed coursed granite and granite rubble, flat keyed granite
arches to ground and 1st floors; dry slate roof with rendered
stack on right. L-shaped plan including wing at rear right. 3
storeys; slightly asymmetrical 3-window front. C20
sixteen-pane horned sashes; mid C19 incised pilastered doorway
left of middle with deep hood on large brackets; 4-panel door
with overlight. INTERIOR inspected c1980 when evidence for
altered floor levels was clearly visible.
