Farmhouse, now house. Probably late C17, altered in late C18. Rendered
sandstone, roof of modern pantiles. Three-unit lobby-entry plan, with rear
outshut to 2nd and 3rd. Two storeys and 3 bays; doorway at junction of 1st
and 2nd bays has fielded panelled door, and plain surround with simple
pediment; to the right, 2nd bay has tripartite window, the centre light wider
and the outer lights sashed, all with glazing bars, and raised plain
surround; otherwise, 2 windows at ground floor and 3 above are all now top-
hung casements with glazing bars and raised plain surrounds; gable copings
with kneelers, gable chimneys, and ridge chimney in line with door. Rear of
1st bay has windows like those at front; a horizontal-sliding sash in the
position of a fire window, and another above; prominent outshut with 2
doorways (one covered by glazed porch) and 3 windows, that in the centre a S-
light horizontal-sliding sash; gable copings with kneelers; chimney at left
end.
Interior: some chamfered beams, and deep chimney stack; otherwise altered.
