House, now office. c1810. Stucco with ashlar dressings; tile
roof with rebuilt brick end stack. L-plan. Georgian style. 3
storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Top cornice with blocking
course. Entrance has doorcase with architrave, pulvinated
frieze and pediment (altered 1990) to 6-panel door; small
entrance with plank door to right end. Windows have sills and
16-pane sashes, 8-pane sashes to 2nd floor.
