House with shop. Early C19. Rendered brick with hipped clay
pantile roof behind parapets.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. Second floor has 3 square C20 double-hung
sash windows with small panes and projecting sills with
consoles. Raised band above 3 similar first-floor windows.
Ground floor has entrance with render moulded semicircular
arch on reeded pilasters with moulded capitals. Semicircular
plain fanlight and C20 door. C19 shop front of 2 large panes
and fascia. Black painted plinth and tall rendered stack.
INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
