Cottage. Mid C18 with later c19. and early C20 extensions to rear. Coursed
Bargate stone with red brick refonting, tile hung above on first floor of
return front. Stone coped parapet partly obscuring parallel range plain
tiled roofs. Two storeys, regular facade with brick dentils to base of
Parapet; end stacks on front range. 3 bay front with 3, twelve-pane, glazing
bar sash windows on first floor under gauged brick heads, 2, sixteen pane
glazing bar sash windows below under gauged brick heads. Central panelled
door, top two panels glazed, in deep reveal and architrave surround under
bowed entablature on fluted Doric half-columns. Modillion cornice above.
