Early-mid C19 pair, each 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stucco with incised
lines. Recess on axis. Low pitched hipped slate roof with deep eaves sofit.
Sash windows with glazing bars. No 24A has a later C19 canted bay. 4 steps to
4-panel doors, with reeded cornice head and plain fanlight, in round arched recesses.
Included for group value.

Nos 18A, 20, 24, 26 (including Coach-house), and 28 Upper West Street, and Nos 24
and 24A West Street form a group.
