Cottage. C17, with C20 extension to left. Timber framed, underbuilt in white-
washed brick on sandstone plinth, frame exposed above with whitewashed brick
infill and with whitewashed brick extensions tile hung on the first floor.
Plain tiled roofs. Two bay end chimney plan, extended to left, at right angles
to road. Two storeys with tension brace to first floor left and massive offset
rubblestone stack to right. Two leaded casement windows to first floor, one
window to ground floor right. One window on each floor of gable end to left.
Door to left of centre with glazed port-hole and 4-centre arched head, further
door in extension. Pentice catslide to rear with two hipped-roof dormers.
