House, now divided in two and part shops. Late C16/C17 with C18 front to left and
C19 extensions to rear. Timber framed, clad to front right in whitewashed render
on gable end, colourwashed brick to left. Plain tiled roofs. L-shape plan with
gable end cross wing to right. Two storeys to left, three storeys with attic in
gable. Stacks to right of gable and to rear. Corbelled stack to front left.
Brick dentil eaves to left half over two 16-pane glazing-bar sash windows on the
first floor. Plate glass shop front below on tiled risers with central, three-
quarter glazed door in recess. Further fixed window to right between panelled
wooden piers. Gable end to right with attic casement and one casement window on
each floor below. Plate glass shop front to ground floor with door in recess to
left. Frame part exposed to rear.
