Cl9 earlier, formerly a 2 storey terrace of 4 cottages with 2 windows each.
Welsh slated roof with coped gables and bracketted gutter. Coursed, squared
grit stone rubble. Recessed sash windows with glazing bars; central splayed
bay window with cornice rising full height of building; No 1 with modern ground
floor bow window. One original doorway blocked, remaining 3 altered with wooden
trellis porches.

Nos 1 and 3 form a group with Nos 10 to 12 (consec) Cramby Road.
