Outbuilding. C18. Brick in English garden wall bond and weatherboard cladding;
plain tile roof. One storey, 3 bays. Two doors on yard elevation, 4-pane
window in gable end. Interior: lower sections of walls are of brick; studs
above support weatherboard; straight braces at end; tie beams; some collars to
rafters. Included for group value.
