Circa 1830. A pair of houses. 2 storeys and semi-basement. 2 windows each. Stuccoed,
stone basement. Cornice and panelled parapet. A mansarded tiled attic storey
with 2 pedimented dormers has been added to No 9 and parapet removed. Sashes with
some glazing bars, moulded architraves with cornices, cast iron balconettes to
1st floor windows. No 9 has Venetian shutters to all windows. Doorways up steps
with handrail, the doorways having panelled pilasters, projecting cornices, semi-circular
fanlights and 3 panel moulded doors, No 8 has modern glazed door.

Nos 3 to 18 (consec) including Windycroft form a group of which Nos 4, 5, 15, 16,
17 and 18 are of local interest only.
