1830 by James Burton. Stuccoed. Park Village style. Low-pitched slate roof with
wide overhanging eaves and shaped bargeboards to gable ends with finials and pendants.
Asymmetrical design. 3 storeys with 2-storey wings. All casement windows, and
square bay windows to ground floor. Doorway on north-east side with 4-centred
arch. Tall stuccoed chimney stacks with cornices and tall cream coloured terracotta
pots.
