4/81 Far Coates Cottage

GV 11

Cottage. Late C17, C20 restoration. Coursed squared rubble. Stone slate
roof. Two storeys. Two bays. Quoins. Original doorway to right with very
deep lintel and quoined surround (part-blocked). Inserted central door. one
3-light double-chamfered window to left and right, both floors, all with
mullions removed and C20 casements. Ground-floor dripmould rising above
original door. Brick end stacks. Rear: outshut to right with two small
chamfered lights. Small fire-window to left and one 2-light double-chamfered
window, both with dripmould. 3-light double-chamfered window to 1st floor.
