Cottage. Mid C16 2 bay house, possibly with smoke bay, refronted in C19 and
with C20 extensions to rear. Front elevation brown brick, right side elevation
tile-hung and left side elevation rendered with decoration of 2 ovals and pointed
arch. Steeply pitched tiled roof, half-hipped to right side with off central
brick chimney stack. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Mainly horizontally sliding casements
to 1st floor; Ground floor casements have cambered head linings. Doorcase has
cambered head and modern plank door. C20 brick and tiled extensions to rear.
Called Naldrett in a document of 1572.
