Row of cottages now 2 dwellings and Post Office. Of 2 builds, probably late
C18 and early C19. Rubble limestone, pantile roof. 2 storeys, 3 : 4 windows
to 1st floor. Plinth to left part. Quoins. 3 doorways with rock-faced surrounds;
each is flanked by 2-light mullioned windows having casements with glazing bars
in square-faced surrounds with projecting sills. No 16, on left, has inserted
window immediately to left of door. Similar windows to 1st floor, additional
matching window over door to No 16. Two ashlar ridge stacks to No 16. Rest
of range has taller ridge with brick end stacks and central ridge stack.
