Cottage. C16 timberframed building altered in C17 and refaced in mid C19. Ground
floor refaced in painted brick, 1st floor in imitation timberframing with pebble-
dashed infill. 2 storeys 1 window. 1st floor has mid C19 oriel window on brackets
having sashes with marginal glazing, ground floor has 16 paned sash. Later door
to left. Right side elevation has weatherboarded gable and traces of timber-
framing. Rear has gable with late C17 brickwork and separate framing with Queen
struts. The interior contains a massive C16 inserted chimney stack, original floor
boards and mid C17 spine beam with elaborate stepped stop.
