House. Mid C17. Rectangular timber framing, rendered to left, with rendered
infill to right; old plain-tile roof; central brick ridge stack. 2-unit
lobby-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-window range. 6-panel door to centre with gabled
open parch. C20 casement window to left. 4-light casement to right. 2-light
cements to first floor left and right. Single-pane window to first floor
centre. Extensive beaming to interior with chamfered spine beams to ground
floor. Open fireplace to ground floor left.
