Outbuilding. C17 with C20 alterations. Flint with brick dressings to plinth; red
brick to ground floor; close studded timber framing with rendered infill to
first floor; old plain-tile half-hipped roof. Single-unit plan. 2-storey,
2-window range. C20 plank door to right. C20 casement to left. C20 glazing of
panels above tie-beam to gable-end. Double Queen-post roof truss to gable end.
C18 barns to rear: two 3-bay timber framed barns. Included for group value.
