Town house with later shop. Probably C18. Stucco on studwork
front; steep corrugated asbestos roof with slightly projecting
front eaves. Deep plan including rear wing at right-angles. 3
storeys; 2-window range. Ground floor has partly renewed early
C20 projecting transomed double shop front with splayed
central doorway; house doorway on the left with 1-panel door
with pilaster jambs and entablature with moulded cornice and
overlight. INTERIOR: shop altered C20, otherwise not
inspected.
