GV II

Town house. Early C19. Incised stucco on probable rubble;
granite sills; asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves on
brackets; C20 brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-bay front with central bay broken forward.
Original 16-pane hornless sashes. Central projection carried
on square columns forming wide 3-bay porch with moulded
entablature; elliptical-arched fanlight with Gothic-style
glazing; 4-panel door. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to
be of interest.
