2 houses. Early C17, altered C18 with early C19 facade. Buff
brick. Slate roof. 2 storeys. Paired central C20 doors under
C20 open pedimented hoods. No.49 has one sash to right and
another to first floor above it, both with glazing bars, the
lower one with a segmental gauged skewback arch. No.47 with
one C20 sash to left of door and 2 similar first-floor sashes.
Various blocked window openings. Gabled roof. C17 internal
gable-end stack to south, shared with No.51: square plinth and
5 diamond-section flues. Concrete tiles to rear. INTERIOR.
Both houses have one bridging beam running east-west in ground
floor west rooms. No.49 with large-framed C18 panelling to
entrance passage. All other details C20.
