House, now offices. Mid C18. Colourwashed brick with slate
roof. 2 storeys and dormer attic in 3 bays. Slightly curved
frontage. One panelled door in each of left-hand bays, both
with glazed top panels and fanlights. Fanlight to left
(No.17A) with 6 vanes, the other without glazing bars. One
late C18 sash within flush frame to right and 3 similar to
first floor. Lower sash of ground-floor window without glazing
bars, the remainder complete. Gabled roof with one flat-topped
dormer to right fitted with a sash. Internal gable-end stacks,
that to east shared with No.16. Rear with late C20 brick
extension. Dormer in roof has an C18 sliding sash.
