Eight terraced houses. 1830s. Yellow stock bricks set in
Flemish bond with rusticated stucco ground-floor and stucco
dressings; Welsh-slate mansard roofs and some dormers; brick
party-wall stacks. Side-hall entrance plan with staircase.
Three storeys, basement, some attics; 2 windows each. (Nos.
30-36 3 windows each). Ground-floor round-arched openings.
Steps rise to doorways with jambs, corniced-head, panelled
door and fanlights. 6/6 sashes; ground-floor with curved and
radial glazing bars and margin lights. Architraves to upper
sashes. First floor full-length sashes with friezes, cornices
and individual balconies with iron railings. Stucco cornice
and blocking course. Attached iron railings.
