GV II

House. Late C18, altered. Yellow brick set in Flemish bond,
stucco dressings, roof of slate. Three storeys, three-window
range and double-fronted; the corners of the building marked
with stucco chamfered quoins. Round-arched entrance with
stucco surround, architrave, keystone, floral decoration to
spandrels, and cornice. Ground-floor windows round-arched with
stucco architrave and keystone; first- and second-floor
windows flat-arched with architraves, those to the first floor
having a pulvinated frieze and cornice; moulded stucco
cornice; hipped roof with one stack to the ridge and another
to the rear. Included for group value.
