Pair of estate houses. c1860. Whole flints with gault brick dressings. Slate roof. One storey and attic in 4 bays. 2 of the bays consist of full-height porch entrances under gabled roofs on big kneelers. 4-centred arches lead to porch recess and plank and muntin doors. Recessed terracotta plaques above doorways and a 2-light lattice metal window in each porch gable-head. Between porches are two 2-light lattice metal casements. Gabled roof with central ridge stack and triple diamond flues. Rear with outshut projecting right and left elevation now with a late C20 external stack against main wall.
