GV II

House. c1840, with late C20 rear addition. Brick with stone
dressings, rendered right gable and slate roof. First floor
sill band, rebated eaves, single gable stack. Windows have
splayed lintels. Double range plan. 2 storeys; 3 window range
of glazing bar sashes. To right, stone doorcase with scroll
brackets to flat hood. Fielded 6-panel door with glazing bar
overlight. To its left, 2 sashes. Left gable has C19 canted 2
storey bay window with 3 glazing bar sashes on each floor. To
its right, a segment headed stair light.
