Small town house. Early C19. Granite and Elvan ashlar with
plinth, round-arched doorway; segmental arch to ground-floor
window, flat arch above; asbestos slate roof with brick stack
on left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 1-window range.
Original 16-pane hornless sashes towards left; doorway on
right with original 6-panel door with flush-beaded bottom
panels and other panels later glazed; blind spoked fanlight.
